Sergeant Bill Mosher
joined the Hillsdale County Sheriff's Office
in June of 1985. He has a Master of Arts
degree from Spring Arbor University and has
completed the Michigan State Police Leadership
Development Course and courses at the School of
Police Staff and Command. As an athlete,
Sergeant Mosher has won gold, silver and bronze
medals while representing the HCSO at the World
Police and Fire Games in Stockholm, Quebec,
Calgary and Barcelona. These games
comprise the largest sporting event in the world
next to the Olympic Games, and the competition
is very intense.
